Client Comp Solo/Duo Bug (MAJOR)

I start my search for a match all fine and dandy and get into champ select but then and first people pick their champs fine but when it gets to my teams bot laner he doesn't pick and the timer counts down to zero and I think OK remake time but no it just stays like that for a good almost 15 seconds timer still at zero spinning away no one else picking but screen then flashes to show everyone has picked but me the last person and the timer is at zero and it immediately kicks me for not picking a character and giving me a time penalty. The entire screen was frozen but the spinning timer animation which stayed on zero for apparently only me because the screen flashed back to the correct thing for me at 0 seconds before my time was up this has happened 2 times in a row now I can not get into a match every time my screen freezes for a few seconds then flashes back to the correct screen for a split second right before it kicks me please help.
