Snowballing is too serious

Honestly, it is, when you get killed not only does the enemy get gold and exp but you also lose exp, and gold, then it becomes a downward spiral. because they're ahead and you're behind it makes things worse for you and easier for them, if the get another kill it's gg, sure your jg can gank, but they could get killed from the already snowballing champion. I understand the game needs snowballing, but it feels like people snowball way too hard(especially in toplane)

LoL has many catchup systems that DotA 2 doesn't. Just one example, the equivalent of inhibitors don't respawn in that game. So you're already playing a game designed to allow turnarounds to be more achievable.

though there are catchup's once you get one inhib one of their allies is forced to stay and protect the base from minions, allowing the enemy team to get other turrets and inhibs allowing them to snowball harder.

It's true, but DotA doesn't have as many of these systems as LoL does. Level cap is higher, item gold cap is higher, LoL's minions get more powerful for winning lanes (easier farming), etc.
