But was it too hard to make his ultimate scale duration with level. 3,4,5 seconds on 6/11/16 and not 3 at all levels? That would help. Also, I saw reddit post by Gipsylord(I think) who said that they might remove Shurima Shuffle or cut his range my half. If you do that you know that champion will die and be unplayable and will drop bellow 40% win rate and be in desprate need of rework just like Yorick, Urgot or whatever,

Just cause a win rate is lower doesn't mean the champs are bad. Riot themselves have said they don't want all champs to have a high winrate due to balancing. It makes the game better overall.

Considering how difficult he's supposed to be, and how he, as a hyperscaling DPS mage, now has a much deserved weaker early game, and the meta currently doesn't fit hypercarries...yeah, he's kinda fine.

Wait till Riot fixes this fuck-up of a meta and you'll see he isn't all that bad atm.

No, not at all. Plat+ players with 125+ games on him still do absolutely shit on average with him. Azir also does absolutely shit on average in games that last past 40+ minutes where he's supposed to be a hyperscaling AP DPS carry.

Certain champs cannot be 'balanced' for both pro and casual play. Ryze, Vlad, Azir, etc are all clear-cut examples of this.

Which ones? He hasn't been anywhere near 50% WR for even a slightly long time for over the last 2 years. Coincidentally, he's pretty much only been nerfed for the last 2+ years.

No.It wasn't.His mains win rate was 54%.Meanwhile Anivia mains win rate is 58.58%

Actually the higher the elo you go. The lower Azirs winrate. Because in higher elo kids don't just sit in his soldiers all day and actually know how to abuse his weaknesses.

he is'n getting reworked, he's just getting benched for worlds, he will get buffed after worlds. Riot already stated roughly a month ago that he was fine in soloqueue but they're still trying to address his competitive, which resulted in the damage scaling changes.

They also stated single-champ reworks and mini-updates are no longer a thing, so a rework for him is'n happening, they said on twitter he's getting a few buffs after worlds, they'r giving him a break from LCS.
