I really like that blinding effect, you can actually see that It'd be impossible to see with that on your head.

The demon eyes explode a lil big though, his mushrooms don't have that large a radius do they?

In that video, Teemo looks like a purple Annie. But the skin concept, yes. It's cancer for a cancer champ. Does it justice.

I think the particle effects need to be toned down just a bit so that they are somewhat transparent. As they are now, they are just too distracting and can unintentionally hide other effects.

Unfortunately, this will most likely never happen. China didn't allow Graves to have a cigar and got rid of all skeletons. You think they will allow this?
