Queue Times?

So I know high elos have longer queue times, especially after the dynamic queue started, but recently my games in silver have taken 5-10 minutes to get matched too.. Is that just a product of the dynamic queue that rito refuses to fix or have they finally started to kill League with their poor decisions?

It's the same as it is in low elo, there's few people willing to support. So the queue time for them sucks because no one wants to support and they would rather wait for there role than pick fill. The dying league thing is just something people always say league is far from dying yet and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
