Fix Skill Visuals to Match Actual Hitboxes

I remember many moons ago, rito "fixed" Karthus's Q so that its graphics matched its actual hitbox because they wanted skill to outplay people, not deceptive visuals, or something like that. Why haven't they done that for every skill in the game? Blitz grabs, Thresh hooks, my beloved Cho'Gath's Q and W (we can leave those as they are).. Pretty sure Leblanc's chain needs it.. And many, many mooooore!

I won't pretend to understand anything having to do with computer codes or graphical formulas or mainframes, but to an invalid such as myself, it doesn't seem that hard to make these things match. They've done it before. It would probably involve a lot of skills, but it seems like a fair expectation and would bring clarity to the game, which rito is a big fan of...

It might be better to just add a faint outline to the hit box of all the skill shots.

This QoL change might be a nerf to some champions, but technically players SHOULD be able to derive the hit box of whatever projectile they need to dodge from the actual animation anyway.

Landing a Blitz grab with the iBlitzcrank or Battle Boss skin is definitely easier than doing so with the default skin. In fact, iBlitzcrank is banned in professional play for that reason. The hook for iBlitzcrank appears much smaller than the actual hit box, and it is more difficult to see as well. Likewise, Battle Boss's grab sometimes interferes with the players' perception of the length of the grab.

Other offenders such as Steel Legion Lux, Forsaken Jayce, or Underworld TF are also annoying to deal with due to the discrepancy between the animation of their abilities and the actual hit box.

Worse, some champions have inaccurate hit boxes on all of their skins. J4's Q for example out ranges the actual animation by a huge margin. Thresh's Q hix box actually expands as it travels, but the hook animation does not match the change.

Riot should definitely clarify the skill shots. Either get rid of wonky effects such as Thresh's expanding Q and match the size of the animation to the hit box, or just outline the hit box so players know what they are actually dodging.

At least they fixed Morgana's binding hitbox. That thing had a tiny projectile, yet had the mass of a truck.

Skillshots with delays have shorter indicators than their actual length so that players can actually hit them. If the indicator was the length of the skillshot, you'd very rarely hit someone on the very edge, because he'd walk out of range.
