Itemization on Lucian? (and other minor tips)

So with all these new fangled AD items, I'm wondering if anyone has any recommendations for items to build on Lucian. I tend to start either IE or ER on him, then pick whichever one I didn't pick first second (excluding today where I built ER then had little idea what I was doing.) I know with ER, crit items are good, but I'm wondering if there's anything for a specific situation I should be building.

Also, I tend to find myself becommung about as useful as pocket lint post laning phase. If someone could help me get a handle on what I'm supposed to do around that time, like specific thing I should be doing, that'd be great. I mean I try pushing lanes, but then either I get picked off, or my team sies then I do. Either way, its a mess.

So yeah, any and all help would be appreciated

item 3508 item 3046 from there you build according to what you need.

item 3508 item 3087 item 3006 is core if you're rich as hell, you can get item 3078 instead of item 3087

if you need lifesteal vs burst go item 3072 if they have armour but not a lot of hp go item 3035 if they have a lot of hp but no armour go item 3034 if they have a lot of cc go item 3139

unless you absolutely need item 3033, get item 3036

full build should look something like item 1301 item 3508 item 3087 item 3036 + 2 situational items you can also get item 1300 if you want. don't forget your item 2140
