No, this isn't a QQ thread, but I noticed something about Ivern.
His ranged attacks from bush applies spells effect AND on hit effect, which I find to be a bit... well...
I played against an 
toplane who was tanky with Ivern and 
,
and 
and I actually killed her and ended up with most damages in my team.
His ranged applying spell effects, is that on purpose?

Winek Chan1 votesThe thing is that all of TF's auto won't apply it like Ivern. As long as you're in a bush, you continue to apply spell effects with your autos, it's kind of weird, no?
MysterQ1 votesI think part of Tristana's kit provides spell abilities as well. I don't know if it as consistent though, but her Luden's echo just procs when minions explode.
Winek Chan1 votesWell yeah, I mean, that's fine, but just that auto attacks procing spell effect is a bit hurr. With those 3 items I mentionned earlier, I was also able to fight an illaoi by constantly stunning her with Daisy and chunking her HP because of all that. Also, his autos proc DFT in bushes.
