How is 'Healing Done' calculated?

As per title. It seems pretty hit and miss sometimes in regards to life steal, natural life steal, item lifesteal, etc...

for example, take this recent match of mine: http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/NA1/1593897336/48814756

Fizz has done 1.1k healing, with no life steal items at all. And Nasus, with his passive AND zekes, has 0.0k healing done? Lee sin, with ability life steal, had 11k.

A google search turns up mostly threads from 2013 that have no real conclusion or explanation, has anyone else figured this out yet?

I don't think life regen or lifesteal count towards the stat (not sure about spell vamp) but maybe the masteries carnivore and dangerous game do and that's where fizz gets his, also the healing done for finishing off a jungle camp might count.

Lifesteal isn't counted in that stat, that is things like heal spell or health pots.

I have issue with this as well. The way 'Healing done' is tallied, it's rather inconsistent with different champion ability. I play lots of tanky champs that relies heavily on passive healing (eg. Nasus), and I also notice that the 'healing done' number doesn't add up with physical damage dealt. Life steal definitely doesn't count.

I think it will be more helpful to include all type of healing and regen so that we can keep track of and improve our builds.
