Missing level 100 emote

I hit summoner level 100 just the other day, I got my emote, I got my border, my capsules, everything, and all was good! I set up the emote, but hadnt used it as I dont emote a lot anyways, but a couple hours later.... POOF! It was gone. It was simply not in my emote circle thing any more in game. So of course I checked my collection and emote page in the client, and... nope! Its gone! Does not exist in my collection! So.... could I get that back, please?

On a side note, I tried to submit a ticket on the support website here, but I cant log in for whatever reason. Hence, this new discussion. Cleared cookies and all, simply wouldnt let me log in over there.
