Issues with project missions?

Im having trouble getting credit for the objectives of the Project: Reckoning mission. It just doesnt seem to be adding up minion kills or gold properly throughout my games. Almost like it doesnt count if I lose a game, or when playing ARAM.

Is this a common issue? Am I doing something wrong?
