When does Cait "Fall off" exactly?

She's a strong earlygame bully , she's strong mid if she didn't lose lane and she's great late game. So when does she fall off?

adcs arent supposed to fall of at all. actually (outside of their own lane) they are still the bottom bitch class of everyone and are totally useless unless at least 3 items into the game.

I don't think I agree with that man. I still think toplaners are the most bitch class. Whenever a range champ feels like having a free lane they just go top and beat on darius while he lumbers around trying to get near them.

well yeah as toplaner with no gap closer you are indeed f'd. if you have a gap closer, this adc will regret ever going top for the rest of his life

Yeah try doing that with any bot lane ADC not named Vayne or Lucian and tell me how that works out for you. 95% of ADCs will get absolutely shit on in top lane, which is why they have zero presence up there.

She has never been a falls off late kind of champ. There have just been times where if she does not do well early she would have an extended period where she did not power spike has hard as other champions until late game came around and she finally scaled up.

The times Caitlyn is notably "good" is when she can reliably not fall into this power trough. Like on the present patch.

Relative to other ADC's, Caitlyn has limitations late game that Twitch , Ashe , Jinx KogMaw etc do not have. To date, I think twitch is the only champion I've gotten multiple pentakills on, he shines late game carry.
