Is Ryze suppose to be like this?

I get that his Q is now a skill shot but he just snares you first then Qs you. Then you just blow up late game. While having a good amount of HP and a big shield from the archangels.

Yep! Currently his burst damage is so high he just needs to press his 3 buttons once maybe twice. Imo it's a slap in the face to other DPS champs

Riot needs to realize he can't have point and click cc, massive burst, the best wave clear, and tank stats. If he wasn't ranged, these would be ok because he'd be kiteable. But being a ranged champ with a point and click cc and a speed boost makes him completely unkitable and unkillable. It's whack because on paper he wins basically every matchup, but somehow riot couldn't predict this for the 10th time.

Ryze is getting nerfed don't worry.

nah ryze has been reworked like 10 times. The original champ all his abilities were point and click and using the spells reduced the CD of his other spells so he would get like 2 rotations of instantly and his R gave spell vamp and I think did some other random thing. The problem with that version of Ryze was it was to easy for him to bully top lane and he scaled super well so it felt really bad.

His ult gave spell vamp and like 40% aoe damage on all spells. You could bully lane then 1 shot a team with average farm.

All of his abilites used to be lock on and his ult was just a damage amp.
