Is Ryze suppose to be like this?
I get that his Q is now a skill shot but he just snares you first then Qs you. Then you just blow up late game. While having a good amount of HP and a big shield from the archangels.

Yea, hes supposed to be a badly designed machine-gun mage that they refuse to admit they cant get to work regardless of how many reworks he has

I’m surprised you haven’t encountered a Ryze that didn’t just E any minions and hit his Q on you by using the minions (or teammates).
