Tweak her base stats, give her more armor/magic resist/health per level. Or give her more damage/armor penetration. She is currently heavily out-classed as a "tank initiator" by many other junglers (if she chooses that build path) and equally outclassed as an "off tank bruiser."
VI? isn't she that jungler that could go 1 damage item and full tank and still instakill carries with 1 rotation?

Yes there are better champions to pick to build heavy tank on. Full tank Vi is some garbage.

You know, I'm not even going to play the game where one guy lists everything powerful about her, ignores her weaknesses, and the other guy lists everything weak about her and downplays her strengths.
I'm just going to say she's fine. This is not a meta that she dominates in, hell she's not even weak in this meta since it's shifted from tanks to dueling/bruisers (which, I don't know... she is). A buff right now would only push her over the edge in a meta that she actually dominates in, and meta shifts happen often. Hell, buffing Vi would probably shift the meta anyway.
I love Vi to death, but she doesn't need anything right now. She clears fine, she ganks fine, she teamfights fine, and she has lots of itemization choices.
