Did they decide to just not release this summoner icon or what...?

I think they should release it in honor of SCOTUS's decision to legalize same sex marriage in all 50 states a few days ago.

im sure theyll put it on the client later, it doesnt really seem pool party related so it wouldnt really fit with the event going on right now. Hopefully they put it up soon its a really nice icon!

The artsy poro icon is for a korean fan art event but it will probably be available to purchase in the store eventually similar to the fizz icon from oceania event.

I just want them to release it because it's so cute :)

PBE specifically States that nothing is guaranteed and liable to be completely scrapped at any moment without explanation (ex. Mandrake ward, Alistair headbutt skillshot conversion, automatic Riven AA cancelling just to name a few)

Frankly I have zero interest in RP icons. Shows nothing other than that you felt like spending some money, they are frankly inferior to special event/achievement icons.
