Can someone who knows Jayce well take a look at this?

I have very little experience with Jayce but I looked up a guide or two. Can someone who knows the ins and outs of Jayce watch this replay if they get the chance?

A couple things that I'm unsure of if you don't have time to watch the replay:

• Should I be taking AD runes or a mix of AD and AS?
• In correlation to the runes, I was taking AD/AS with Fervor (top lane). Should I be taking a different keystone?
• Is it better to go into tank or into more armor pen? I was able to still do a lot of damage as tank, and I felt like things like really helped fill his cdr need.
• Top or Mid?
