btw he went 5/5/3 cuz he did tele bot just for kills, other than that he was stuck in his inner turret all day long

I'm guessing you just had a bad game vs him? He has his drawbacks; I don't think he is overpowered. His winrate doesn't suggest anything is particularly off about him..he is just slightly above average.
