So Quinn's still Oppressive and Lacks meaningful counterplay. Those paltry nerfs changed absolutely nothing.
She's still at the top of winrate charts in most elo's.
Take off the kids gloves with the nerfs. That or give her a GU and inject some Actual counterplay.

Honestly, I won't mind if she is deleted at this point. NOBODY plays her aside from cheap wins and she isn't like Aatrox where she even had a small number of fans. And lorewise she has no place or presense.

Yeah and give her back that channel less ludicrous speedboost and blind back? Are ya joking? This is why I said she has no place in this game. She is designed for no other purpose than to bully melees out of business harder than teemo. She was also UNGANKABLE back then. Anyone defending that pre-rework kit can just go and play 30 ranked games against quinn playing Tryndamere and give me back some feedback.
She is the sole reason why I refuse to play toplane. I despise her whole kit. Ratios, purpose. As long as she is going to keep blind and vault she will get higher than 53% winrate automatically unless stuff like toplane malzahar/heimer/karthus becomes the one and only meta.
