Can a silenced Kalista still use her jump-passive?

I.E. can I counter her ass hard w/ Soraka?

I don't think so. I was playing Soraka against a Kalista and I think she just jumped off of my silence.

No. Silences do not stop passives

It is not considered a spell, but rather a movement command.
