Ancient Coin Converts mana per second to health per second?

(5% cdr) + (25% mana regen) = (10% cdr and 25% HEALTH REGEN??)

So when we added the mana regen, we got health regen? And no bonus to mana regeneration at all? The math doesn't add up here... Rito plz
