Shen needs a buff
's passive shield is pretty weak,
and his dash is either pretty short or has a high cooldown.
His Q and Ult is fine.

I'd be happy if they added the damage reduction back onto his taunt.
You obviously do not play Shen a lot.
His dash is like 4 times as long as Urgot's dash, WITH NO DELAY. I honestly have a blast playing him against some picks.
Just completely block Darius's ultimate.
He was used in competitive play i think?
Well he does play very well and i just extend his E using the Dash flash combo And his Q has a low cooldown and High damage

I generally have the highest damage mitigated when i play shen, usually in the 80 to 100k in longer games. I thought the passive was weak too but it isn't. Not if you conciously make use of it. If any buffs were to be given, I'd give allies standing in W Ki Barrier shield.
He has a decent winrate in multiple roles. Experienced players are climbing with him. He's a common pro pick although no longer the pick/ban S tier he once was.
His balance state is the best it's ever been, possibly the best it could possibly be.
