If the runes refund are gonna be very low atleast give us the option to gift others in this blue essence shop. I have a friend that has way too much ip and he said he can gift me the things i want if it had gifting in there

Ye like i have 60k blue essence i have everything in the game why can't i gify blue essence to friends and why on earth can i not gift champions to friends but buy the champions with blue essence, why only RP that's way to greedy rito.
