Well it's probably your vision score and farm All you have to do is get a lot of CS TRY YOUR BEST TO LAST HIT! Don't forget about wards always put them down and if you have extra cash Buy those vision wards and place them wherever. Especially when there's a teemo Destroying Teemo shrooms or any other traps increases your Vision score by 2. The image up there is my vision score

Remember it's not all about the kills it's about how much you benefit for the team.

I have 9 level 7s and can confirm that I had to stress my CS with every single one of them. As long as you have a positive k/d/a ratio you can achieve an S or S+ just by grabbing 300-350 cs by the end of your match. Nidalee Mordekaiser Hecarim JarvanIV Graves Ziggs Kennen Katarina Draven

Your other stats matter but not so much as once it comes to your CS

Vision score matters, but it's not so much stressed on that because not every match you will be taking out shrooms and wards left and right, I believe they focus more on your champion stats (if that makes sense)
