lee nerfs

Can rito buff lees r and nerfs hes sustain? i mean rengar got gutted cause he could perform early ganks and had a lot of sustain so why the heck can lee do it and better? its ridiculous how this champ not only does 300 to 400 dmg with his qq but gets as from it too.Not only this but even without hitting his q he can still beat you in a 1v1 senario cause he has a build in livesteal ability and a slow.I belive that hes has way to many tools to do stuff and they should be tunned down am not saying nerf him to the ground all am saying is that hes a bruiser not an assasin so he should start acting like one.Tune the q down a bit like 10 ad and maybe his w life steal and buff his r so hes even later to the game.
