Why is there no clubs button?

I understand the 6.5 patch was supposed to release the "clubs" content to the public servers. I have yet to find the button, or anything of the sort yet. If there is one out right now, pls attach a screenshot (I just cant find it off the patch description T_T)

It's simply not live yet. If it's not in the patch notes it isn't set for this patch.
