Late game vision, Pink wards, and you.

We all know during late game, vision is perhaps the most important this to have. it allows for more coordinated plays, better decision making, and overall benefits the team.

when mid to late rolled around we got most of our taken out. so now what? wouldn't it be nice to have another item slot specifically for ? To perhaps balance this out, have the slot locked until say, 35min into the game. Before 35min, buying a would take up a normal item slot.
