his new passive is garbage, stop with the xp crap and give him something that isn't usless after granting lvl 5 --> 6 or when everyone is 18

plus once everyone reaches about level 10-11 the amount of xp he gains is so low in comparison to how much is needed to level some one

he only has 1 damage ability, and his support abilites dont really do much, sure he can give a free GA but other then that he just has a speed boost and a stun that doesnt reward its difficulty, morgs snare feels like eternity when it lands, but zileans stun is just meh

new passive (keep the xp thing if you want but add something)

landing 2 bombs on same enemy champ increases normal stun duration by 2 seconds (or 1 then a decaying slow for 1) landing 2 bombs on ally reduces damage they take by 20% for 3 seconds

or

landing a bomb on an enemy increases range and missle speed of your next bomb landing bomb on an ally removes the skillshot of the next bomb and it just makes the next bomb a click to ally (if u target them otherwise it still skillshot if u want to put on something else)
