ha im so bad at the game that i have like 5 keys and no chests :(
I used to have the opposite problem. I could get key fragments like crazy but couldn't get an S grade to save my life.
Meanwhile I get a key fragment every other game, but the instant I do really really well the enemy surrenders at 20 so I can't get enough stats for an S rank. :(
I think they key drop rates reset every month, so you'll probably start picking up some more
I know that feel. I got 6 chests sitting and no key fragments without spending RP too. Honestly thought that the boxes would be the choke point in this system, not the keys.
You must sacrifice tanks to the Assassin and Adc Overlords.
I think the point of this is to make people buy keys with RP, damn people can't have enought free stuff xD

My problem is I get nothing but super low tier skins, so now i'm stuck with all this essence, nothing to spend it on, barely any keys and I am positive by the time I open a chest it won't even be a skin.
I looked this up today, and riot said that keys drops are not static
So basically, as you get more keys, you slowly decrease the chance to get more with each one you receive.
After the month is over, this "debuff" or whatever is reset, and key drops will be more frequent until the debuff stacks up more again
Rinse and repeat
Screw around on ARAM for key fragments, maybe. So far I've had no difficulty getting all the key fragments to open up each of the 7 chests I've earned.
Before I'd be willing to buy keys so I can open up some crates... Now I have 5 key fragments and waiting for the keys.
At least I'm keeping a healthy balance of keys vs crates.
Yeh I'm at 4 chests and 2 key frags, and unlikely to run out of champs to get chests on anytime soon. 106 owned, and not really finding it hard to get an S on some random one in normals. Got like 5 champs I've gotten S's on without having chests available, on champs I don't even play often. Should at least automatically get a key frag for an S+ or something if you don't have a chest available to get?
On the bright side...I got 
for free out of this by RR'ing 3 champs I already owned.
I could get an RNG skin too..gotten 3 I don't like (or, 2 I don't like, and 1 I already owned), scared to RR though, just sort of waiting till something worthwhile pops up...if I ever get more keys to try...lol

i dont care if they cost 6300 a piece. i have every champ in the game, and nothing else to spend it on anyways. and since the chests are limited per week anyways, it wouldnt be too much to ask.
