Buff Nami's Q

You know, every time I play my favorite support Nami, I get yelled at for not using my Q, but how can I be expected to use and hit a Q that is so inconsistent that even Valor took a seat. I was accepting it as just being a hard skillshot, only to be used when I know I'll hit it because of its insane mana cost, but when I saw that Zilean buff (my previous favorite support) I knew that there was hope. Now for anyone who has never played against a Zilean since the small edge to edge vs center to center buff it might not seem like a big deal but I'll be damned if it isn't absolutely impossible to dodge a Zilean Q now unless you're playing Lucian and you dash it of it like "no biggie". To get to the point, can Nami have some of that edge to edge magic? Or maybe I'm just dumb and she already has it, in which case why not accelerate her Q speed, because to me, it is absolutely horrifying to shoot out my Q for fear I'll miss the hardest skillshot in the game
