AFK in a ranked game

To make this quick. I think it is absolutely ridiculous that I lose LP when losing a 4v5 game. I have enough trouble trying to climb out of ELO Hell without losing a game where one person never connected. Riot can track people leaving and tell them they suck and whatnot using an automated system yet they can't use an automated system to be like "Oh I see you got screwed over and it was impossible to win that game, keep your LP" Or if I am able to win a 4v5 put me in my promos immediately because clearly the people I was matched against are really bad.

Personally, I think you should lose LP for losing a 4v5, but just not as much, something like half of the LP you would normally lose. Then the person who AFK's would lose the full amount plus the LP that the other 4 would have lost. I also think that if you are dynamic quing with an AFK, you should not be able to que up for ranked for at least half an hour on the first offence (think of it like the dodging penalty and how it resets every 24 ish hours).

Inb4 "people would abuse this system somehow"... because we know there are plenty of people out there who would afk last second so that only they lose LP but the rest of their team doesn't... yea right. I can count the number of times I've seen altruistic behavior in this game on 0 fingers.
