Secondary path should provide some stats as well
Right now there are couple of problems with current runes system.

Bruisers doesn't have good choices because if they take Press the Attack they have to play with 18% as and without bonus ad and they usually want a mix of both.

Smaller runes from Resolve path doesn't feel rewarding enough as protective/safer secondary choice.
So here is suggestion: secondary path should give some stats as well as primary path. Probably smaller amount but it still should give a little. This way bruisers could take Precision+Domination/Sorcery for AS+ad and carries could take Precision+Resolve for AS+hp or Domination/Sorcery+Resolve for AD/AP+hp as a safer choice. Amount of AD/AP which Domination and Sorcery give should probably be nerfed a little to not make Domination+Sorcery too strong but in the end I believe it could be tuned.
What do you think? I wonder if Riot designers tested such model and if yes, why they chose for secondary path to be statless.
