[CLIENT] Cyrillic characters disappear from received messages.

This problem is related to beta-client. I play on EUW and my client's language is set to English. My friend tried to send me a message in Russian and all I received were punctuation marks, all Cyrillic characters were trimmed from messages. This was not the case in old client, you could chat with non-Latin characters just fine.

I read in the redtracker that the client no longer supports changing its language, which is probably connected to what you're seeing. It's probably incredibly frustrating. Do you know if your friend gets your messages or are they changed to gi!b%b.eri?sh too?
