[Gameplay] Hunter's Talisman's passive Kindle doesn't count Overgrowth rune as bonus health effect

Hunter's Talisman has a passive Kindle: "Burn damage increases to 50 if you have bonus health from an item or effect". But when you get HP from Overgrowth rune Kindle damage remains the same. Is it intended? Or Overgrowth HP counts as base HP and not bonus?

I found it when I decided to cheat: take Hunter's Talisman, Overgrowth, take Raptors camp, take small Krugs, get bonus HP from Overgrowth and immediately get bonus damage from Kindle to clear remaining camps faster. I took Resolve as secondary tree so it didn't give me bonus HP as starting stat.
