No thoughts on nerfing ignite?

I can understand the idea of having fights more often, but isnt it just to good of a rune? With the amount of true dmg in the game currently I dont think it needs to be as strong as it is and the cd is very low. 80-505 true dmg for 5 seconds thats massive , especially because it can now even proc electro too.
