This issue is really highlighted with swain.
If you cant be damaged why can you be healed? Stasis should be exactly that, immune to absolutely everything, buffs, debuffs, CC ect.
Its okay that ults can be sustained, balanced by mana drained, but heals shouldn't occur.
redniwediS3 votesIf an effect is allowed to be maintained through any form of CC, including stasis, it should be allowed to work at 100% effectiveness. This goes for all damage, costs, and healing.
Maybe we should not allow these effects to work through stasis, but so long as some part of an effect works I believe the entire effect should be allowed to work.

I believe you cant be healed in bards stasis, so you shouldnt be able to in hourglass either.
1 Wing1 votesIt is exclusively, all ->damage and cc<- even the fountain turret cannot cause damage to a player in stasis.
If someone activates a aoe movement speed buff, just before zonyas expires: ryze, or swain, or lulu, will still have the bonus; because the bonus is not a form of damage of crowd control.
