They Gave Us a REAL Veigar buff!

3/3 PBE Update

When I first read up on the changes in today's PBE push, I just saw some generic tweaks and number adjustments, but then I checked again and saw this which got me very excited:

Veigar

  • Event Horizon (E): the warning particle/delay now begins at the start of Veigar's E cast time (.25 seconds) rather than at the end.

I don't know about any of you, but I'm really happy that they are implementing this, because now it will land .5 seconds sooner while still having an accurate .75 second warning particle, it seems like the best of Riot's goals and Veigar player's goals finally meeting.

It also blocks dashes now too.

Honestly though, without dropping the warning particle by .25 too, I don't think you'll ever again hit anyone with the edge. You'll only ever trap them.

It wouldn't be the important part if it were still impossible to trap people in the cage to begin with in my opinion.

Don't think it will do anything. He got nerfed everywhere but W and lost a core item (DFG) on top of that.
