Should RoA and RG have the Valor´s Reward passive upgreaded at lvl 18,because of how useless and unuseable it becomes?
Personaly i dont think it should upgraded into a different item,like

The reason the Tear items upgrade is because welp you've got all this mana, now what are you going to do with it? RoA is already one of the most cost effective items in the game. The heal on level-up is just gravy.

Hullabaloo9072 votesI actually think ROA needs more changes than that. Basically any mage that needs a bit of tankyness and has mana picks up an roa, whether they are going for a strong offensive build or a defensive build. its a really boring item, a kind of jack of all trades.
PokladnicaZla2 votesIts supposed have delayed power and gives mages a bigger power spike mid-late game,while making their early game weaker compared in damage,but thanks to the passive they have better sustain.
redniwediS1 votesIf their price is increased a bit to make up for it I'd say sure, it would be a nice addition to the items, but I think it should be more like the stacking RoA passive instead. Put a long timer on it instead of a level to reach so it's not an instant power spike on purchase later in the game.
