My new account is level 13 and has 13 champions already. Don't buy the expensive champions and then come and whine and bitch about not having enough when there are plenty of viable and cheap champions to purchase.
I agree, The gain is so slow it's just incredible. Riot needs to increase BE gain or new players are going to have a really tough time.
