Player says: idc this acc, im afk. This shouldn't be going on in ranked. They don't give a crap and people who only have one account, or are on their main account are losing games because of people like this. I really wish there was a way to ban their computer, and not an account which is essentially useless.
That's not possible.
You can't ban anything more than the account, as anything higher can lead to splash damage. What Riot can, and has done, is hunt down their alt accounts and permaban them with the main account that was banned to begin with. Refer to old GD archives for when Wookiecookie utterly rekt someone trying to get around the bans with alt accounts.
totally is. Use unique identifiers. whenever you start the client, bam, uuid is made. The account that uses it, is logged and the ip. Any one who uses that same client, gets that uuid. if they delete it, when that account logs on/ or that ip logs on, make a new uuid, and repeat.
