Is there any way to get out of this circle?
I keep getting to 50 lp in s4, lose the next 4 games, back to 0, occasionally demoting, winning all my games to get back to s4, then back to 50lp then down again. Any way to get out of this cycle?

your caught in this cycle for you are currently in your correct elo. Your skills are that of a silver 4/5 player. The only way to fix this, is to watch the vods in your games, pay close attention to what you are doing wrong, notice what you are doing wrong, and to stop doing it.
Sorry if it's not the answer you want to hear, but there is no short cuts in getting better elo in this game, no cheat codes, no gimmicks. Well there are cheat codes technically but those will get you banned lol.
Basic tips
Pick a primary and a secondary. have 3 champs for each of those roles
A carry, a team based utility, and a champion that fits the middle.
Play only those champions and roles, don't switch every game.
Stay calm and dont tilt
Roams and roam a lot
