What has gotton into Riot's head these past months!

If you watch and hear Doublelift's stream, all he is talking about is how much broken/useless some items are. Like NO ONE likes these changes. Don't really know what has gotton into Riot's head these past few months, from August to Now, they have just been doing really bad choices over the game. Buff on top laners and now 100% crit level 1 on yasuo.
