Can Runechanges please save changes as you make them?

So if I pick an existing domination page, and I pick a keystone, and all the sub runes, and then I fiddle with the secondary page, and the game starts, I KEEP THE KEYSTONE I SPECIFICALLY DECIDED I WANTED?
