Title explains it all, imagine a game mode with no runes/masteries/Items and you lose no mana and everyone starts automatically at level 18?
Philosophical question: are champions OP by nature or do extra stats make them OP?

Shuyin1781 votesI'll let you in on a secret, there are many many champions in the game that have low base numbers and high Ratios. This game mode is pretty much impossible for them to function because champions with high base numbers and low ratios are going to run them over.
