Xayah and Rakan Buffs

Xayah and Rakan are in a stasis state where they need small minimal buffs that would change them into a better pick. To begin with Rakan needs his q to be buffed. He currently does 70 (+.5 ap) lvl 1. His damage is not so bad but his healing for a support is kinda horrendous. He heals only for (+.7ap). That means he doesn't have a base heal unlike nami who has a base heal of 65 (+.3 ap) on her ebb and flow. I suggest that he gets buffed for a base heal of 30 (lvl 1) 45, 55, 75, 100. I believe this will allow him to do a bit more in his early game and be a better pick. Not just to Xayah but to general champions overall. Xayah needs just her basic stats to be increased. Her base ad needs to be increased by 3 and her base armor by 1. These are just my opinion of what should be buffed. Xayah is a good champ but Rakan needs some help. Overall they are a good concept.

rakan needs a buff when he is without Xayah

Xayah needs skelped hard with the old nerf bat, how such a creature got out of the PBE i will never know

That is what I mean. He needs a buff without Xayah. He does little damage with his q, and I understand he needs a weakness but hes needs some optimization on his q. Xayah doesn't need to be nerfed. Shes perfectly stable where she is. There are many champs that can outplay her early game causing her to crash. very easy to deal with

Xayah is fine as she is.

Rakan's heal is fine as it is. He has one of the strongest engage, imo, with the RW combo. He need some kind of weakness in lane and that is his range/susceptibility to poke dmg. It also scale with champ level so you can max his W or E instead which is way more important since it lowers the CD significantly. The only buff i could really think for rakan is maybe his passive.

Xayah could have something done to her base stats, so I mostly agree with her being fine where she is but Rakan needs some kind of buff to his q. He needs some buff to himself when he isn't with Xayah. He is less to be desired considering all the other champs there are that can do just as much and more with their healing and cc. They need "minimal buffs" not ones that change him to be hella op but to make him a stable support and be able to picked with other champs more often

Rakan doesn't need a buff to his Gleaming Quill heal. He's not a heal-centric Support, he's an engager/disruptor. With his strong engage and fairly good disengage strengths, it's only necessary that he doesn't heal as well as heal-focused Champions.
