So Is Riot pulling my leg or something?

Preseason I did ranked and made it to S3 so I can get a good elo rating for next season. Then I do Provisionals. I went 8/10. I Won 8. And that's considerably good. I ended up at S3. The same damn place. But I stayed positive and was like, all right all right I got this. but then here comes the damn lp. I lose more lp than I ever have before. Like 23 per game. And a win is 15. I won and lost, and I have no problem. BUT. I GOT FUCKING DEMOTED IN ONE GAME. AT S3. NOW AT S4 I WAS 13 LP and then lost. AND GOT MOTHER************************************* DEMOTED. BY 13 LP. HOW HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW. ( I have been on a losing streak but I also have had wins) So can someone please tell me whats going on. Would someone in riot pm or answer this post please for my sake. Like I need to understand wtf is going on.
