Sej "had her time in the spotlight"

I like Sej a lot from a character design perspective. Gameplay however, she feels totally awful to me. She's just a walking (well, riding) ult bot with some of the most comically ignorable damage in the game. Can you honestly give me one reason you would pick Sej over someone like Poppy or even Amumu now?

With the new rework coming up, I was pretty hopeful she'd be pretty good. Then I remembered this quote (title). A real quote from a real human really working a RIOT. Really.

So make no mistake, if new Sej releases sorta strong, the nerf bat will be swift. She can't take precious jungle space away from their long beloved Lee Sin (now with new expensive skin, gib mony pls!).

Hard to say, I remember playing ap Sejuani mid back when you would max Q. Was so awesome, but then they quickly changed all her damage to W because they didn't like the idea of a tanky mid laner with burst. sure sunfire brought her back, but only temporarily. With the amumu passive change and then right away being nerfed I feel like there's no way she'll be popular because anything they give her will get gutted. At least give her some way of not being counter jungled.
