Ghost... Is it better than flash now?

Now that Ghost has a shorter CD and greater power, it seems that ghost might be my go-to for champs that need to kite or stick... What do you think?

If you didn't get Ghost and go for Distortion boot enchant already, you're still not going to want it most likely.

I use it for Olaf. I would still recommend on champions that give chase, but don't have movement speed bonuses.

Ghost is now more relevant to the situation and champion matchup. There were only a few champs that used ghost over flash in the past Vladimir Nasus Singed Tryndamere TwistedFate Hecarim Olaf and sometimes Trundle . The buff does make it more viable for all these champs, however, I don't think it will expand much to other champions who do not sometimes run ghost.
