Why don't we have an option to leave champion select without being penalized?

Three times (in a row) today I called top lane, then someone else called the same lane immediately following, then they picked a top lane champion and locked in, and then they copy-and-pasted their chat log (which of course says that they called top lane first) even though other people in the room said that I clearly called top lane first! I know people think they called X lane first because there's a delay in the chat log when you join the room and they're ignorant of that but how many times do I have to play a lane I don't want to play today? I don't want to have to play lanes that I do not want to play when I clearly called a lane just because someone else is a jerk!

dont autolock lanes. Wait and see what the rest of your team is doing. Also, learn to play other lanes, you will find that top lane isint a million times funner than other roles.

There may not be an option to dodge queue for not getting the role you want, but there is a queue that lets you get your role all the time. Just play team builder if you don't want to have to deal with people when picking your lane.

Also I recommend not playing blind pick regardless.

Uh.. Riot tried this before, and everyone and their mother DODGE DODGE DODGE DODGE

Dont get the role you want? DODGE Think their team is a better comp? DODGE Dont like a champion they picked? DODGE

It was HORRIFIC when riot removed dodge LP penalty from ranked. It took FOREVER to get a game going.
