An Idea to balance Pro Play in League and balance decisions.

A small limited cap of times a champion pick on a team per split. This would open up diversity and force different metas if they can't keep picking the same champions over and over. This way balance decisions are not just designed around pro play, the games would be more dynamic with different compositions.
