Draft should incorporate TB's queue function

With Team Builder gone (not complaining), many people who used it as a game mode to practice a role/champ they are unfamiliar with, have been heading to normal draft to improve. The problem with this, is that they are going against people who are more experienced. A perfect example would be the last game I had as an ADC: when the first wave of minions came, I knew they never played ADC before, I was nice and only counter harassed when need be, but not getting kills until I had my first completed item. By the time I had roughly 60 CS, he/she had 10. So I know the champ feature would be impossible, however for role-set, I feel it would be a great feature to transfer over from the missed game mode. Because let's face it, the game is not very fun when either side is stomping on the other.
